right firming exercise.
A squat is a favorite exercise that women do to firm their butts. This exercise develops muscles in
the bum and the thighs.
Squats as a butt firming exercise is done with weights on the
hands or barbell on the back. It can also be done without any weight at all. The objective while
doing squat exercise is to concentrate in clenching of the buttocks as you lower and raise
it.
This gives the bum the right tone muscle. Women need to
develop good squatting technique in order to achieve firm butts that look sexy. Your back needs to
be straight and your chin must be up. Take into great consideration on how far apart your feet are

The use of step-ups as a butt firming exercise appeals to any
women because of it simplicity. All that is needed is a step, rock, or something of the sort that
is raised off the ground that can be stepped onto. The exercise for firming the butt is done by
simply stepping with one of your foot onto the stepping object. The other leg is then brought up
next to the first leg, and then you step back down with the first leg.
The process is repeated with the other leg. You should do
this step ups for quite sometime. The point to note about step-ups butt exercises is you should not
take low steps but rather to get your leg up as high as you can possibly manage. The butt muscles
should be made to really work so as to raise the entire body up to the altitude. The back should be
kept straight all the time.
