- Prepare ¾ teaspoons of chopped ginger
- Boil a cup of water in a closed teapot
- Mix the chopped ginger in the teapot and keep it simmered for 5 minutes.

Guelder Rose (Viburnum Opulus)

The most famous part of the Guelder rose is its bark known as “Cramp Bark”. The herbal remedies made from this plant helps narrow blood vessels and increase tone in the uterine musculature. The plant contains resinous substances, organic acids, various vitamins, and mineral substances which help in overall health balance.

The Cramp bark is specially used to relieve spasms of the uterus. It has been widely used as a diuretic which acts to enhance the flow of urine. It is known as a great uterine relaxant and a general antispasmodic.

Cramp Bark Tea:

Ingredients:
2 parts of Cramp bark
½ part of ginger root (chopped or powder)
1 part of pennyroyal leaf

- Make an herb mixture out of the ingredients
- Add 4-6 tablespoons of the mixture for every ¼ cup of water
- Simmer the mixture in a teapot for 5 minutes
