Ingredients:

Nettle leaf
Alfalfa
Fennel seed
Green Tea
Milk Thistle
Dandelion root
Ginger root
Cayenne
Minced Garlic
Burdock root
Siberian Ginseng

Preparation:

Fill a clean glass canning jar 2/3 full with dried herbs.
Add enough vodka to cover the herbs by one inch.
Screw lid on tightly and store in a cool, dark place.
Shake 3-7 times a week.
The tincture needs to sit at least 2-4 weeks.
Strain tincture and pour into a colored glass bottle, closing the lid tightly.
Alcohol tinctures will last 2-3 years.
Tinctures need to be kept in a cool, dark place such as a cabinet.

2. Peppermint (Mentha X piperita) – The leaves of peppermint contain multiple B6 Vitamins needed to lessen morning sickness. Along with the B6 Vitamins, Vitamin C and Vitamin K are also found within the peppermint, which are two effective vitamins for morning sickness.
