Stair Climbing

The simple and great way for a woman to tone her legs and lean her thighs is through stair climbing. Stair climbing offers the advantage of both strength training and cardio exercises.

You start with easy stair climbing activities, and then as you become accustomed to it, you make it harder. If you have stairs in your house, take about 15 minutes in your day schedule to climb stairs. For those who work in high-rise building, you can take stairs instead of the elevator.

You start on by taking one-step at time, and then as the body becomes accustomed to it, you make it harder by taking on more number of steps. You should sink down into a lunge as your legs reach every step.

Jumping

Jumping is fun to do but also burns the extra fat in a woman’s thighs. Jumping can be done in your home. You can start with short, low jumps then after being accustomed to it, stretch out and try longer, higher jumps.

Jumping can be made more entertaining by including skipping of ropes. Games of long jump across your room can be included. Jump for five minutes in a day, each day. Jumping tones the legs and burns fat in the thighs.

Jumping is an exercise that involves the whole body besides the legs and thigh muscles. This is a form of both strength training and cardio exercises. Jumping makes your thighs work hard by putting intense pressure on thighs muscles, thereby burning up fat and toning the thigh.
