Hair and Skin Care: Indian Gooseberry Herb for Beauty

Although many say “Beauty is only skin deep”, it is still undeniable that the first impression is judged by a simple glance. In today’s world, beautiful people are often prioritized.

This is not a wonder since beauty captivates the eyes of everyone. Even with this fact, people less gifted with beauty are not to worry. Even beauty has a remedy; may it be by the use of technology, or by the use of nature.

A bad hair day can cost a job interview. A pimple in the nose can result to lack of self-confidence. Certainly, the effects of a bad skin or bad hair can cause emotional or even psychological problems. People with less aesthetic assets often suffer bullying from the society.

This triggers emotional breakdowns and psychological disorders. However, the good news is that people do not need to suffer any longer. A beautiful life is within reach with a simple application of an herb for beauty.

Indian Gooseberry (Emblica Officinalis)

For people who want to look beautiful, the Indian gooseberry or Amla can improve beauty, not just inside but also outside. A regular dose of the Indian gooseberry improves the overall health and an application of its juice on the skin can remove freckles and delay aging. Its oil is excellent in hair treatment and it also prevents the graying of the hair.

Amla products are also well-known as good remedies for other diseases. Its high Vitamin-C content, which is about 20 times higher than oranges, is most effective as remedy for scurvy and is very effective for the treatment of diabetes.

Regular intake of amla also proves to help improve the eyesight, treat respiratory disorders, and improve the body resistance against infections. The best part of all, there is no side effect from taking in the Indian gooseberry.

Extra Caution
The Indian gooseberry was once called the “Herbal Herb-all”. This is due to its classification as a wonder of nature. It offers so many benefits with lesser risks. Even though it has no known side effects, it is still best to stay on the safe side. Pregnant women and aging women have more sensitive bodies and are easily affected by slight changes in the body.

Since amla is commonly used externally, allergic reactions are easily detected. Once rashes or skin irritations start to manifest, it is best to stop usage.

To avoid reactions with other medicines, a normal dose of amla products should always be in mind. It is also recommended to consult with doctors or physicians before taking in any herbal remedy. For safety tips regarding herbal remedies, consult herbalists or check out mountainroseherbs.com.
