Menopause Herbal Home Remedies for Women’s First Two Menopausal Stages

 

For women between the ages 45-60, a natural stage starts –the menopausal stage. During this period, women are more prone to bone related diseases and heart diseases.

The most common symptom is when women at the menopause age start to undergo irregularities in their menstrual period until their menstruation completely stops.

Ingredients:
2 cups of Alfalfa sprout
1 cup of Orange sections
1 avocado (peeled and sliced)
1/3 cup of Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of Lemon juice
2 tablespoons of Pickle relish
1 minced Garlic clover
½ teaspoon of Sugar
½ teaspoon of Salt

Dressing:
Mix the oil, lemon juice, pickle relish, minced garlic, sugar and salt until they are well blended.

Salad:
Mix the alfalfa sprout, orange sections and the avocado slices in a bowl and toss with the dressing.

Green Tea Leaves (Camellia sinensis) – Leaves from the Camellia plant are great sources of vitamins, minerals, acids, alkaloids, volatile oils, antioxidants and polyphenols. Put a handful of Tea Leaves in a teapot
Add warm water (quality water) and leave for about one minute
Pour out to wash the leaves
Let it cool for 30 seconds up to a minute and it is ready to be served
