How to prepare a mustard seed treatment?

There are a variety of ways in preparing for a mustard seed treatment. It just depends upon the condition that the woman is experiencing. It can be prepared in baths, teas, plasters and topical ointments. • For cough, fever, and bronchitis:
1. Prepare 1 tsp. of mustard seed flour or ground mustard seeds.
2. Add the mustard flour into 1 cup of boiling water.
3. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Drink thrice a day (preferably before meals) to relieve the bronchospasm and fever experienced.

• For constipation:
1. Prepare 2 tsp. of mustard seed flour or ground mustard seeds.
2. Mix it with 1 cup lukewarm water.
3. Stir it for 3 minutes and drink.
4. Make sure that the Mustard Tea is drank only before going to bed to avoid any unexpected defecation during the day.

• For treatment of skeletal and muscular pain:
1. Grind the mustard seed with a mortar and pestle immediately before making the plaster. It is important to use the ingredients right away to retain the healing powers of the plaster.
2. Combine 2 oz. of the mustard seed powder with lukewarm water until you create a slurry-like consistency. Be careful not to get the mustard seed mixture in your eyes or under your fingernails to avoid an unintentional burn.
3. Put the plaster in a double bag of cheesecloth and place directly on the spot where you are having pain. You will feel a burning sensation, which is normal. Remove the bag from your skin after 15 minutes to avoid further damage.
