Directions

Directions

ginkgo; let it steep for ten minutes.
- Meanwhile, beat butter and gradually add sugars; do it at a medium
speed.
- Add vanilla and egg substitute - beat well.
- Add gently flour to the mixture - beat well.
- Add gingko mixture - beat well.
- Stir in walnuts and mini morsels.
- Cover it and let it chill for 30 minutes.
- Shape mixture into 1 inch balls.
- Cover and freeze balls until firm.
- Melt chocolate in glass bowl over hot water.
- Using two forks, quickly dip truffles into melted chocolate,
coating completely, and place on waxed paper to harden.
- Quickly dip truffles using two forks into melted chocolate, coating

- Put it on a waxed paper and allow it to harden.
- Put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, and it's ready to
be served.
